Sales Team Leader – Industrial Services & Technical Solutions

Location: East Ahmadi, Kuwait

Experience: Minimum 7–10 years of experience in industrial services sales.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Team Leader to lead our business development efforts across Kuwait's industrial sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing key customer relationships, leading the sales team, and driving revenue growth within the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Power Generation, Water, Marine, and Industrial sectors. The ideal candidate will possess both strong commercial acumen and technical knowledge of industrial maintenance and engineering services.

Responsibilities

• ✔ Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve growth targets.
• ✔ Develop and execute strategic sales plans.
• ✔ Identify and secure new clients and projects.
• ✔ Conduct technical and commercial presentations.
• ✔ Prepare quotations, proposals, and tender submissions.
• ✔ Maintain relationships with maintenance managers, engineers, and procurement teams.
• ✔ Support contract negotiations and business expansion initiatives.
• ✔ Maintain accurate sales forecasts and CRM records.

Requirements

• ✅ Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• ✅ 7+ years of industrial sales experience.
• ✅ Previous leadership or supervisory experience.
• ✅ Strong knowledge of one or more of the following:
• Industrial Maintenance Services
• Hydraulic Systems
• Valve & Pump Services
• Rotating Equipment
• Industrial Coatings
• Corrosion Protection
• Asset Integrity Solutions
• Shutdown & Turnaround Services
• ✅ Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• ✅ Valid Kuwait Driving License preferred.
