Technical Sales Engineer – Industrial Solutions

Location: East Ahmadi, Kuwait

Experience: Minimum 5–8 years of experience in industrial maintenance or technical sales.

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Technical Sales Engineer to support our growth in industrial maintenance, repair, and engineering services. This role combines technical expertise with business development and requires regular interaction with customers, site visits, inspections, and proposal preparation. The successful candidate will help customers identify maintenance challenges and recommend effective engineering solutions.

Responsibilities

• ✔ Conduct site visits and technical assessments.
• ✔ Identify customer requirements and maintenance opportunities.
• ✔ Prepare technical and commercial proposals.
• ✔ Support tender submissions and technical documentation.
• ✔ Deliver presentations and product demonstrations.
• ✔ Coordinate with operations and workshop teams.
• ✔ Build long-term customer relationships.
• ✔ Support sales growth initiatives.

Requirements

• ✅ Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• ✅ 5+ years of experience in industrial maintenance, engineering services, or technical sales.
• ✅ Experience within:

• Power Generation
• Petrochemical
• Water & Utilities
• Heavy Industry
• ✅ Knowledge of:
• Hydraulic Systems
• Pump & Valve Maintenance

• ✅ Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• ✅ Excellent communication skills.
• ✅ Valid Kuwait Driving License preferred.
