Workshop Manager – Industrial Services & Engineering Workshop

Location: East Ahmadi, Kuwait

Experience: 10+ years of industrial workshop experience.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Workshop Manager to lead and oversee the operations of our industrial repair and maintenance facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for workshop productivity, quality control, manpower management, project execution, and customer satisfaction. This is a leadership position requiring both strong technical expertise and operational management experience.

Responsibilities

• ✔ Manage day-to-day workshop operations which include Hydraulics and Chroming sections
• ✔ Plan and schedule repair, maintenance, and fabrication activities.
• ✔ Lead workshop technicians, machinists, fabricators, and service personnel.
• ✔ Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on time.
• ✔ Monitor quality standards and inspection procedures.
• ✔ Coordinate with customers regarding project progress and delivery.
• ✔ Manage workshop equipment, tooling, and inventory.
• ✔ Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Requirements

• ✅ Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• ✅ 10+ years of industrial workshop experience.
• ✅ Minimum 5 years in a Workshop Manager, Senior Supervisor, or Operations Management role.
• ✅ Strong experience in:
• Hydraulic Cylinder Repair
• Valve & Pump Maintenance
• Machining & Fabrication
• Industrial Coatings
• Metal Stitching
• Rotating Equipment
• Welding & Fabrication
• Heavy Industrial Maintenance
• ✅ Strong leadership and people management skills.
• ✅ Experience working with Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Power Generation, or Industrial Service Companies.
