Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Online Leak Repair Supervisor to lead emergency leak repair operations on live industrial systems across the oil & gas, refinery, petrochemical, desalination, and water industries. The successful candidate will oversee specialist leak sealing projects on pressurized pipelines, valves, flanges, pumps, heat exchangers, and associated process equipment while ensuring safe execution without interrupting plant operations.
Responsibilities
- Supervise online leak repair and emergency maintenance activities.
- Conduct technical assessments and site inspections.
- Coordinate field teams during planned and emergency works.
- Ensure compliance with HSE and client requirements.
- Prepare technical reports and project documentation.
- Support client meetings and technical solution development.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance or piping systems.
- Good understanding of valves, flanges, pumps, pressure systems, and piping.
- Experience within oil & gas, petrochemical, or water industries. Experience working during plant shutdowns and emergency maintenance situations.
- Strong leadership, planning and communication skills.
